Job Summary  
The athletic department work study will be an integral part of our department running smoothly. They will help run cameras and broadcast production equipment. They may be asked to take up money at the gate or in concessions. They may also do some writing on contributing to stories on our athletics website. Some of the work will take place at night and on weekends. Including potential work when other students are out of school for holidays.
Essential Functions  &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:  &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
Primary Duties:  &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
- Assist in game broadcasts.
- Assist with media coverage of athletic events and practices.
- Run a concession stand.
- Run a ticket window.
- Interact with attendees and deliver a great first impression to all who come to athletic events.   &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
Minimum Qualifications  &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

- Ability to learn point of sale software
Preferred Qualifications  &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
- Knowledge and understanding of the games of basketball and volleyball.

Job Summary
The Tutoring Center Student Associate will help the Coordinator ensure that operations of the Center run smoothly. Responsibilities will involve greeting and helping students and completing clerical duties. The Student Associate will follow the guidance of the Tutoring Coordinator.
Essential Functions
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Duties
- Answering incoming calls and emails.
- Welcoming individuals who enter the Center.
- Assisting students with the check-in and check-out process.
- Helping students with assignments, as needed.
- Promoting the services in the Tutoring Center.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Minimum Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Afternoon availability preferred
Working Conditions
This position is based in the Tutoring Center and around the Pinehurst campus. The environment is collaborative, student-focused, and academic in nature. Most work will be completed indoors in a quiet setting designed to support one-on-one and small-group instruction. Work may also include loud, social settings such as during Student Resource Fairs, Fall Festival, Spring Fling, and similar events. Work may involve sitting for extended periods as well as movement around the center or campus. Schedules will include daytime hours Monday-Thursday with occasional morning hours Monday-Thursday, depending on student demand and tutor availability. The role requires frequent interaction with students, staff, and faculty in a professional and respectful manner.

Job Summary
We are in need of a student worker to help out in the visual arts department. The student worker will help clean and help maintain different areas of the art department. The worker/s will work closely with the visual arts department professors in a vibrant creative atmosphere.
Essential Functions
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Duties
Sweeping, mopping, cleaning, unloading kilns, help maintain machines, dusting, cutting paper, making posters, promoting shows, gallery set up, gallery take down, and a variety of other creative jobs along the way.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to lift 10-40 pounds
- Able to use simple hand tools such as drills, sanders, and saws
- Able to use photoshop or equivalent software
- Detail oriented
Working Conditions
At times messy and dusty, prepare to get dirty when working. Most works wear aprons or have a change of clothes on days that we are painting/etc.
