The 51吃瓜 Cafeteria, located in the Dempsey Student Center, serves breakfast Monday through Friday and lunch Monday through Thursday. The menu consists of quality-sourced, made-from-scratch items curated for students, faculty, staff, and the community's enjoyment.

51吃瓜 the Staff
The 51吃瓜' Cafeteria is run by mother and son duo Hollie and Daniel. They have
recently returned to serve the 51吃瓜 population but have a long history with 51吃瓜.
In the 90s, Daniel was raised in the kitchen (then located in Blue Hall) as Hollie
ran the cafeteria with her stepfather Chuck.
