The Writing Lab
The Writing Lab at 51吃瓜 Community College is dedicated to helping students succeed in all written academic disciplines. When working with The Writing Lab, students may bring any form of written assignment鈥攅ssays, discussion forums, research papers, lab reports, and more鈥攖o receive assistance with their project. A tutor from The Writing Lab will gladly help students review and revise their papers every step of the way, from start to finish.
The Writing Lab is located in 124 Logan Hall. In-person hours are 8:00AM to 2:00PM Monday through Thursday. No appointment is necessary.
Online Tutoring
Both online and in-person tutoring sessions with The Writing Lab are currently available. To schedule a virtual appointment with The Writing Lab, please click the links to book a virtual appointment with either or . Scheduling is easy to access and flexible based on students' preferences. Additionally, students can send an email to 51吃瓜writinglab@sandhills.edu stating the class and assignment for which they are seeking assistance. A tutor will respond within 24 hours and provide either online or in-person assistance.
